The Journey of Awareness, Health and Healing

True awareness, health and healing is a process.  Ayurveda begins by teaching awareness of the principles of Ayurveda, then recommending dietary, herbal and lifestyle changes to begin the healing process.  Herbal formulas are recommended to work the inner systems faster, yet to make real change and eliminate the cause of the illness or disease at its root, we must balance and strengthen the foundation of our health.  This foundation revolves around proper diet, habits and daily routines.  Through follow-up sessions, your practitioner works with you to ensure that  your lifestyle, daily routines, foods, exercise programs, spiritual practices, etc., are consistent in creating harmony with your constitution and healing your imbalances.

As frustrating as symptoms and imbalances may be, illness and disease stops us in our tracks and provides us with an opportunity for self transformation, an opportunity to change our way of thinking, feeling, eating and caring for ourselves and our lives.  This journey is not an easy one and is full of obstacles including doubt, agitation and irritation.  Remember that it takes time and persistence to create real change and harmony.  Congratulations on taking this journey!  Be patient, stay strong and we will heal together.

Goals of Your Ayurvedic Practitioner

To help our clients understand and discover their basic constitution and state of imbalances
To inform our clients of the principles of Ayurveda
To guide and counsel our clients on their journey towards health
To empower our clients to care for themselves

Your Ayurvedic practitioner will support you on your journey back to balance and health.  We will play the role of teacher, healer, guide and counselor.  We will help guide you as you begin to hear the whispering of your soul through the screams of your senses.  Congratulations as you walk your path in Realizing Your Potential.
