Through follow-up sessions, your practitioner works with you to ensure that your lifestyle, daily routines, foods, exercise programs, spiritual practices, etc., are consistent in creating harmony with your constitution and healing your imbalances. As frustrating as symptoms and imbalances may be, illness and disease stops us in our tracks and provides us with an opportunity for self transformation, an opportunity to change our way of thinking, feeling, eating and caring for ourselves and our lives. This journey is not an easy one and is full of obstacles including doubt, agitation and irritation. Remember that it takes time and persistence to create real change and harmony.
